1) You must be of legal age to join and promote our site.
2) Taking content from the member's area and posting it is not allowed. If caught we will terminate accounts. Extra content from galleries can be used only with the permission from Alpha Sky Productions.
3) You may NOT hot link any of our photos or videos from our server, if you do, you WILL be cancelled without pay. Free use of FHG's are allowed. Please do not use terms when advertising like: "Full Nude" , "Nude" or "Sex" in regards to advertising The Apple Twins or The Jolie Twins. That is considered false advertising, as both sets of twins do not appear nude or full nude and there are no sex acts performed. This will help eliminate charge backs and or refunds due to false advertising. You may advertise "Now Topless" or "Topless Twins" as both sets of twins do appear topless.
4) We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reasons listed here. We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 5 day notice. We reserve the right to cancel any Affiliate for any reason including but not limited to: public defamation of Alpha Sky Productions, it's Affiliates and or website content; posting unauthorized content to advertise any Alpha Sky Productions' websites; altering photos or promo videos without permission; placing "pop ups" over promo videos or posting non authorized videos on tube sites (promo videos may be posted); public posting of private communications addressed to Affiliates. In the event of any termination of any Affiliate, all commissions due Affiliate from any outstanding sales will be paid in fulll. After termination, no future sales commissions and or referral monies will be paid.
5) We do not accept webmasters using non adult freehosts.
6) You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein. Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of the Administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, newsgroup postings, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. We do not give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry.
7) Representations and Warranties:You, as site Operator, warrant and represent that you own or operate a lawful, and otherwise valid Internet Web site. You further represent that you have the requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein and that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age; that performance under this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or obligation undertaken by you; and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude you from entering into this Agreement. You shall indemnify Alpha Sky Productions and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns against any loss, damage, liability (including reasonable legal fees) which result from the use of any Alpha Sky Production's materials not expressly authorized by this Agreement.
8) Follow the rules regarding promotional materials. Only display up to 4 full photo galleries or 4 FHG's per affiliate website. You may use multiple single photos, ie: 1 or 2 photos from each gallery to represent more volume in your site. Do not over promote. Do not release all FHG content and photos. Affiliates that "over promote" will have their accounts suspended until corrected.
